We will take great care to ensure the description thoughtfully captures the essence of your property. Clear floor plans will show its layout and professional photography displays its features at their very best.

Tenants can search for properties by area, number of bedrooms and by the features they want such as ‘roof terrace’ or ‘leisure facilities’. When they save the results in their personal area within ‘My Knight Frank’, they will receive alerts when properties that match what they are looking for come on to the market.

Our highly skilled Marketing team at our Baker Street Global Headquarters manages an on-going digital campaign to continually promote your property through social media campaigns, search marketing and on-line portals such as Rightmove.

As one of its founders, we feature properties on OnTheMarket.com which is supported by many of the leading agents and now delivers increasing numbers of serious enquiries for quality properties month on month.

Advertising in the property sections of newspapers still brings in tenants and we can promote your property in relevant local, regional and national titles.

Our in-house PR department, which has won many awards for the coverage it gets in the national, regional and local press, works hard to ensure that our properties are seen by as many potential tenants as possible. Further afield, our global PR network helps get your property read about in places as far away as Moscow, Shanghai, New York and Sydney.

Zero Deposit Guarantee

Knight Frank have partnered with Zero Deposit to offer a Zero Deposit Guarantee in place of a traditional deposit whilst providing you with effectively the same protection. If agreed by both Landlord and Tenant, a Zero Deposit Guarantee provides cover for up to the value of six weeks' rent.

The Guarantee covers any financial loss or damage referred to in the Tenancy Agreement, and in the event of a dispute, their partnership with the Tenancy Deposit Scheme ensures that if a Landlord would get paid with a traditional deposit, the outcome will be the same as with Zero Deposit.

Zero Deposit helps tenants reduce the upfront cost of renting, which can help speed up the process therefore reducing void periods and giving you the potential to attract a wider audience of tenants. Tenants remain fully accountable for looking after your property and making rental payments.
