Track record

Waverley Sheffield: A vibrant new community in the heart of Sheffield City Region, providing leading edge jobs and desirable new homes in a lakeside setting. The 240 acre former open cast mine is to provide nearly 4,000 homes. We are appointed to provide devlopment consultancy and disposal services, and have so far successfully negotiated the sale of development land, providing over 700 homes to a number of national and regional housebuilders.

Bellman Walk, Ripon: A 23 acre site sold with the benefit of outline planning consent on behalf of LIH to deliver 150 homes. We provided development consultancy advice and disposal services and the site was sold to a regional housebuilder. 

Rossington, Doncaster: A 120 acre mixed use development site located on the former Rossington Colliery and including 1200 new homes. We are acting on behalf Harworth Estates in provding development consultancy, estate agency, research and site disposal services. So far, we have successfully disposed of 50 acres of residential development land to a range of regional and national housebuilders. 

Milton Street, Sheffield City: A prime city centre development site with an extant planning consent for 197 apartments. We marketed the property and achieved an unconditional sale at a leading price for Sheffield city centre development sites.
