Tommy joined Knight Frank in 2019 and is a Surveyor working within the Residential Investment Team. During his time on the Knight Frank graduate scheme, he completed rotations within the Residential Development Valuation team, London Land Agency team and Build to Rent Funding team before joining the Residential Investment team permanently in 2022.
He provides agency and consultancy services to a broad range of clients, including major UK and overseas institutions and developers, with a focus on Build-to-Rent, Co-Living, Single Family Housing and Mixed Use investments.
