Robert Coles was appointed in 2013 as the Building Manager for an iconic office building in the city centre of Bristol. He progressed to Senior Facilities Manager for the South West & South Wales regions and was recently appointed as Associate Director.
He heads a team of 8 across the region working alongside the Regional Director of FM. Robert works with the team to ensure compliance is maintained to the highest standard and that we all strive to meet the expectations of our Clients and occupiers of the buildings that Knight Frank manage. He has good all-round knowledge plus experience to cover the property management of buildings plus to support and assist as required by those around him.
