Naz is a seasoned real estate and finance specialist with nearly 25 years of experience, primarily in the UK and European markets. He graduated from City University with a BSc in Mathematical Sciences with Finance and Economics.
Before joining Knight Frank as a Partner in the Capital Advisory Team in 2024, Naz led significant projects like the financial appraisal for the £860 million St James Quarter in Edinburgh. This major initiative involved retail, residential, and hospitality sectors within a world heritage site and showcased his expertise in financial and strategic analysis.
