Martin has retained long term client relationships throughout his time at the Firm, with on-going property management mandates. Regularly consulted by clients in connection with running costs, service charge queries or pre purchase due diligence, Martin has grown a reputation for providing considered and detailed advice. With a background originally in valuation, Martin understands the importance and impact of getting the basics right but also has a proven track record for identifying asset management opportunities to add value, retain tenants and maximise strategic positions.
