John Crisell joined Knight Frank in June 2009 as an Area Facilities Manager in the Property Asset Management department and was promoted to Associate Director in November 2011. His responsibilities include managing landlord services to a portfolio of buildings outside of the M25 together with maintaining high levels of tenant and client liaison. He is responsible for the implementation and management of Health & Safety across his portfolio. He manages the National Waste Contract and the National Lift Consultancy Contract as a whole and is also responsible for tendering, negotiating and managing externally sourced contracts. These include security (physical and electronic), fabric maintenance, mechanical and electrical maintenance, cleaning, landscaping and pest control. He has recently returned from a 15 month secondment to one of our major clients.
