Jake joined Knight Frank in 2021 after 7 years at his previous firm specialising in Prime Central London Residential Investment during which time he completed his MSc in Real Estate from Bayes Business School (formally Cass Business School).
Jake has a particular focus on central London residential investments, HMO’s, portfolios as well as national regulated tenancy portfolios, ground rents and reversionary interests.
