Iain joined the Property Asset Management team in June 2016 after eight years at Drivers Jonas and Deloitte Real Estate. He is responsible for the management of a large portfolio of multi-let office buildings in London and the South East on behalf of the Schroder UK Real Estate Fund. Iain has extensive experience in managing significant service charge budgets, overseeing day-to-day property management activities, dealing with tenant applications and the implementation of value enhancing activities such as lease re-gears, lease renewals and refurbishment projects.
