Henry has been advising clients at Knight Frank LLP on all aspects of publicly listed & privately owned hotel property for the last 15 years. Henry focuses on the London and regional hotel market and has developed an in-depth knowledge of both markets. Henry heads up the hotel agency team at Knight Frank which focuses on the disposal and acquisitions of individual businesses, portfolios, investment sales, hotel development, land sales, lease negotiations, operator selection and management contracts. Knight Frank are currently advising on approximately £500 million of hotel disposals and has sold in excess of 130 hotels.
Henry is qualified to carry out formal hotel valuations for loan security purposes, rent reviews and competent in the use of complex financial models to undertake cash flow appraisals. Henry has a detailed understanding of yields, IRR’s and development appraisals.
Henry has considerable experience in reviewing and analysing hotel trading performance and making recommendations to clients when required. Reviewing sites/buildings for alternative uses is also a key strength ensuring value optimisation for clients.
