Guy is a Partner at Knight Frank and heads up the Operational Build-to-Rent team in the UK. The team is dedicated to advising on stabilised build-to-rent assets and portfolios across the UK market. Guy also oversees the Tenanted Investment team which focuses on smaller rental blocks, often privately owned.
The team have most been the most active agents in the last few years and have sold assets including Dolphin Square in London, large scale housing portfolios, Build-to-Rent assets across the UK, as well as a whole host of smaller residential investment blocks for private clients, and clients such as the Grosvenor Estate and Wellcome Trust.
Guy joined the Residential Investment team in 2012 and has been particularly active in London, with key clients including LGIM, Europa Capital, Mitsubishi Estates, Long Harbour, Grosvenor Estate and the Wellcome Trust.
