Giles joined Knight Frank in 2000 and has 15 years of valuation experience in all commercial property sectors throughout the United Kingdom. He carries out portfolio valuations for a wide range of institutional investors, property companies and specialist funds as well as loan valuations on behalf of various banks.
Giles is Lead Partner and signatory to a number of balanced specialist funds managed by CBRE Global Investors, BMO Real Estate Partners, UBS, TH Real Estate, Rockspring and Aberdeen Asset Management among others. He also reports to banks and private Trusts.
In addition, Giles is the Valuation & Advisory service line industrial sector specialist.
