Emily is responsible for undertaking valuations and reports on behalf of banks and other UK and international real estate lenders, including Barclays, Santander, Helaba and Wells Fargo. She values a range of core commercial assets, with a particular focus on Central London office and retail properties. Emily joined Knight Frank on the graduate scheme in 2012 and undertook rotations in Property Asset Management and Retail Investment before taking up a permanent role in the Commercial Valuations Bank Lending team in 2013.
