Annabel King

Annabel is a member of the Residential Valuation and Consultancy team based in the Guildford office. From here the team provide valuation advice and constancy advice to a range of banks, other lenders, solicitors, public bodies and private individuals.

Annabel provides Red Book valuations, in the main for bank lending but also for tax and matrimonial purposes. Has also assisted on a Restrictive Covenant Lands Tribunal case and advised the National Trust on valuation matters for a range of unusual property types.
