Andrew is a Senior Research Analyst in Knight Frank's Living Sectors Research Team specialising in residential investment and development research for the Seniors Housing Sector. He is responsible for analysing and reporting on sector trends with a focus on the UK market, but with a wealth of domestic experience, keen to expand that knowledge to other markets as well. Andrew also provides bespoke research for clients with an interest in the sector, working closely alongside Knight Frank's dedicated Seniors Housing team and Knight Frank Analytics.
