Alfred is a Qualified Surveyor with valuation and advisory experience covering the United Kingdom, Hong Kong, Macau and China. He is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and a RICS Registered Valuer. Alfred joined Knight Frank Hong Kong in 2017 and later joined the Central London Valuation & Advisory team in 2022.
Alfred has more than 17 years of extensive experience in the real estate industry, providing professional advisory services. The majority of work he undertakes in the Central London Valuation team is for one-off secured lending and accounts purposes.
Prior to joining Knight Frank, he worked for a financial institution focusing on market research and analysis, forced sale procedure and valuation process monitoring.
