Iuan joined the Knight Frank Bristol office as a Graduate Surveyor from the University of the West of England, where he studied BSc (Hons) in Building Surveying. Iuan now works in the Commercial Building Consultancy and Project Management Team covering the southwest, gaining experience within a variety of commercial Building Surveying disciplines, including Dilapidations (Landlord and Tenant), Technical Due Diligence surveys, Project Management, Contract Administration, Reinstatement Cost Assessments for insurance purposes, Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) inspections and Schedule of Conditions.
