Charlie advises on renewable energy investment, electric vehicle solutions and commercial property.
He has a wealth of experience across commercial property asset classes and specialises in advising on ground lease and operational renewable energy transactions.
Charlie joined Knight Frank on the graduate scheme and qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 2023. He also spent 12 months on secondment at Landsec in the investment team focusing on underwriting office and retail acquisition opportunities. Charlie is a graduate from Loughborough University and the University of Reading.
