PartnerHead of Midlands Sales
Stratford upon AvonGB
A Fellow of the RICS, James is the longest serving partner at Knight Frank. He qualified as a chartered surveyor in 1976 and over the last 40 years has been responsible for the sale of some of the most prestigious properties across Warwickshire and the surrounding counties. James was a partner in his own firm, Lambert Way & Co, which merged with Knight Frank in 1984. He has an unrivalled knowledge of the area and is able to offer market leading solutions to complex property sales working closely with Knight Frank’s London Country House team. From pretty cottages, village houses and farms and large country estates, there are few corners of the region that James has not been involved in. From working to develop a solution to the complex Stoneleigh Abbey estate; and sales of the Edstone Estate, Eydon Hall and Wappenbury Hall, to the sale of many of the county's former rectories, manor houses, equestrian properties and farms. From a farming and racing background, James has a keen interest in the countryside and runs a small farm and stud from his home in rural Warwickshire with thoroughbred horses, cattle and sheep.
