White City is a key regeneration area in West London that was probably once best known as the home of the BBC Television Centre. Over recent years, White City has been transformed into a key business district and hub for the creative industries and the life science sector in particular, with new amenities and its already excellent transport links helping to increase its desirability dramatically.
As part of the area’s regeneration, White City has seen the creation of 5,000 new homes, more than two million square feet of commercial space and the public infrastructure required to support it. The area is also home to Westfield London, which recently benefited from a £600 million extension that made it the largest shopping centre in Europe.
If you’re looking for office space in White City, there’s no shortage of options to choose from, with everything from co-working spaces for small start-ups to expansive serviced offices for large corporates. There’s also more than enough in this vibrant area to attract clients and make the commute worthwhile.
