Asif Mohmud

Asif has worked at Knight Frank since 2006 and possesses over 10 years of client accounting experience. He currently oversees the accounting function for the regional departments dealing with a number of high profile clients ranging from investment funds to private investors.

Asif is responsible for circa. £25 million in rent collection and in excess of £5 million on service charge managed properties. Asif has excellent knowledge of property accounting and core duties include all aspects of financial reportins, VAT returns, service charge and banking covenant reporting.
