Lisa Attenborough joined Knight Frank in 2017 to establish and lead the Debt Advisory team. Previously, she was a Director in the Debt & Structured Finance team at CBRE, where she specialised in arranging finance and providing advisory services for clients in the alternatives sector.

With a background in banking and finance, Lisa has over ten years of experience in originating and structuring development and investment finance across the UK's student accommodation, higher education, and healthcare markets.

Since joining Knight Frank, she has successfully advised on more than £20 billion in debt transactions throughout the UK and Europe.
