Knight Frank Care Home Awards
How to enter?
All submissions for the 2025 Luxury Care Home Guide will be considered for the Knight Frank care home awards, including:
- Luxury Care Home Award: To recognise the highest quality hospitality and care services in a prestigious setting.
- Care Home Design Award: To recognise innovation, design, sustainability and the environment.
- Care Home Renovation Award: To recognise heritage, redesign and repositioning.
Applications have now closed for the 2025 Luxury Care Home Guide and Awards. Submissions will open for the 2026 awards and guide in spring 2025.
Who can enter?
Operators, interior designers and architects can enter. You’ll need to have permission from the care home owner to submit a home. The operator will receive all communication, and if their care home is selected as the winner, they will receive the award.
Judging process and criteria
Entries will be judged initially on the content and images received during submission. Award finalists will be notified by email and may need to accommodate a visit from our judging panel. Judges must have access to all areas of the home, which can be done in smaller groups if needed.
Judges will consider several different criteria during their visits, including accessibility, how luxury elements benefit residents and their wellbeing, a nutritious food menu, the design and use of outdoor space and sustainability factors.
Finalists will be carefully chosen for each category and our independent judging panel will decide who wins. The winners of the Knight Frank Care Home Awards will be presented at the Healthcare Property Lunch.
