_Introducing The Wealth Report 2023
Knight Frank’s annual market-leading perspective on prime property and investment – The Wealth Report 2023 – has launched.
With 2022 being defined as a permacrisis – ‘an extended period of instability and insecurity’ – we explore the key themes of wealth in 2023.
We used data from our annual Attitudes Survey of more than 500 private bankers, wealth advisors and family offices, alongside in-depth conversations with industry experts to produce these findings.
Our survey respondents and panellists appear positive, but realistic for the year ahead. They’re all too aware of the high inflation and low growth in which we find ourselves. The Wealth Report highlights the ways in which investors are adjusting their approach to a new era.
Rory Penn, Head of London Residential Sales and Chair of Private Office says,
Despite the challenges still facing many markets, in this year’s report we argue that now is the time to look beyond the crisis. We believe that investor sentiment will brighten as interest rates are seen to peak.
