The concept that ‘life is better by nature’ is at the heart of the new Chelsea Botanica development. It’s been created in partnership with the Royal Botanic Gardens, Kew and biophilic design is evident throughout.

Gardens designed in partnership with Royal Botanic Gardens, Kew

The outdoor spaces have been carefully crafted in collaboration with the Royal Botanic Gardens, Kew. The beautiful designs are rich in biodiversity. New habitats for London’s bees and birds have been created here. These gorgeous, green spaces have been arranged to benefit people, plants and wildlife.

The space has been cleverly thought out. It has something for everyone. There’s al fresco dining, children’s play spaces and nature trails, plus zones for yoga, relaxation or meditation on timber decks. There are even woodland pods with power and wifi.

“It’s crucial that we enhance green spaces in our cities, which is what makes our partnership so unique and important. It’s an opportunity to create new, biodiverse urban environments which will flourish and improve as years pass.” Dr Hauke Koch, Research Leader at The Royal Botanic Gardens Kew.

Interiors designed in partnership with Atelier NM

The stylish interiors reflect their surroundings, with inspiration from nature and Chelsea’s design district. The apartments and communal spaces are filled with understated character and local craftsmanship, all of which have been carefully curated by award-winning interior design practice Atelier NM, voted one of the Great British Brands 2022. Plus, the beautiful furnishings of Chelsea Botanica's Show Suite are courtesy of Soho Home.

The Hub, exclusively for residents

Residents can enjoy the benefits of membership to The Atelier Club. There’s a dedicated 24-hour concierge service. The residents' lounge has super comfortable, bespoke seating. The space is flooded with natural light and looks over The Hive gardens outside. The quiet co-working spaces are equipped with wifi and power at the workstations.

The Hive, designed with Royal Botanic Gardens, Kew

The beautiful gardens encourage residents to spend time outdoors. Enjoy family time with interactive play spaces and al fresco dining. Breathe deeply and unwind on the timber decks for yoga, meditation and Pilates. Simply relax with some music or do a spot of work from the woodland pod, whilst surrounded by natural plant life.

The gym, designed in partnership with Peloton

The Suite is a first-of-its-kind residential fitness space. The gym is well equipped with Peloton, providing access to an extensive array of fitness instructors and classes. Take your pick from cardio, strength training, meditation or yoga. With an outlook over the gardens, The Suite is set up to benefit your health and wellbeing.

The Chelsea riverside location

Chelsea is an ever popular location and for good reason. It hosts a renowned arts and culture scene, including the famous Saatchi Gallery. The King's Road is home to a wonderful array of boutique shopping, alongside well-known brands. Plus, Michelin-starred restaurants and eclectic eateries provide ample opportunities for dining.

Chelsea Botanica has a fabulous location near the River Thames. The riverside walkway is ideal for a morning run or leisurely walk. Commuting by boat along the river makes a great alternative to the tube. But Imperial Wharf station provides direct rail links to Clapham Junction.

The Chelsea Botanica apartments

This boutique collection comprises 133 new homes with prices ranging from £440,000 - £1,650,000. Each carefully-designed studio, 1, 2 or 3 bedroom apartment has its own private outdoor space. Some terraces overlook the river below.

The theme of nature is echoed in the interior design, through colour, texture and pattern.

"The colours and textures of the kitchen are inspired by the trees from the garden, the veined bathroom tiles reflect the flow of the river, the outdoor spaces create natural comforts, ensuring that throughout the space, you feel positive, healthy and relaxed." Natalie Slack, Interior Design Manager, Mount Anvil
