_Busy summer of multi regional acquisitions for Knight Frank's Industrial Team

Acting on behalf of Soak.com the online bathroom sales business of Wolseley Ltd, Charles Binks working with Rob Taylor acquired 145,000 sq ft new build unit in Liverpool on a 10 year lease.

On the other side of the Pennines, the team acquired 215,000 sq ft former Poundworld unit on behalf of Panther Warehousing Ltd, a long-standing client. The deal was complicated by Poundworld entering administration during negotiations, necessitating the need to agree terms direct with the Landlord. The tenant is a rapidly growing two-man home delivery business.

Finally, the team were retained by Morrison’s Supermarkets to acquire a newly refurbished warehouse at Prologis Park, Pineham, Northampton. The unit formerly acquired by 99p Stores Ltd totalled 375,000 sq ft and is located close to two existing Morrison’s depots.

These acquisitions are further evidence of our growing occupier client base following large acquisitions already completed this year of Booker, Warner Bros and Asos.
