Knight Frank expands lettings network into Ascot

Knight Frank is delighted to announce that it is opening a lettings department in the already established Ascot estate agents, to accommodate a growing demand for rentals in the Ascot, Sunninghill and Virginia Water areas.
Located in a prime position in the High Street, the office has been open for five years and is already hugely successful dealing with residential sales.
James Heron, who heads up the Ascot office, will be joined by Gordon Hood, previously a branch manager at Hamptons International’s Sunningdale office. Gordon will run the Ascot lettings department.
Gordon has over 10 years experience in the lettings business and in particular he has been working in this area since May 2008.
Gordon says: “I am extremely excited about the launch of the new lettings department in Ascot. The High Street location of our office means we can give our clients great exposure to the local market, as well as further afield through not only our growing network of Home Counties offices but the international market as well.”
