Angharad’s career in Lettings started 21 years ago, based in Esher and then covering Weybridge and Cobham and latterly running a South West London Region, which gives her extensive local and London knowledge.
Angharad lives locally in Walton and her children go to school in Esher, so Elmbridge is her home and taking over as Head of Lettings for the Elmbridge area is a natural fit. Being a local, she brings a genuine, positive view of the local area to prospective clients and can advise them on the best schools, restaurants and travel links the area has to offer.
Property is Angharad’s passion, and she enjoys the process from start to finish with properties of all shapes and sizes, she says “there is nothing better than taking on a property and matching the right tenant to the right home. Customer service is also incredibly important and I believe in helping and advising everybody”.
Angharad is a Fellow of ARLA and spent years studying to become a Fellow, enabling her to give the most up to date advice on legislation to her clients.
