Jess is a Partner and leads the newly formed Rural Consultancy Central Region Team based in East
Hendred, Wantage; covering Oxfordshire, Gloucestershire, Berkshire and Buckinghamshire. Previous to that, Jess spent 10 years working in
Hertfordshire for another national firm, and now returns to work in her home area. She specialises in providing management and consultancy advice to a
wide range of private and institutional clients across a number of asset
classes, including farms, residential, commercial and development
opportunities. Jess excels in providing a strategic and holistic approach
to management, helping your business to be ‘brilliant at the basics’
whilst unlocking the potential of your assets. She takes particular
enjoyment in seeing projects through to fruition and by helping to resolve problems, no matter how small.
She is committed to providing business excellence and is passionate about attention to detail and the development of people to allow them to flourish. She is President of the Herts, Beds and Bucks Agricultural Valuers Association and the Treasurer of the Herts, Beds and Essex
division of the Royal Forestry Society.
