He has a wealth of experience in working with landlord and developers as well as occupiers providing high quality advise in relation to disposal or acquisition and ultimately achieving his clients real estate objectives, ensuring the best outcome.
Will is working on a number of high profile landlord instructions including: 103 Colmore Row (Tristan Capital Partners/Sterling Property Ventures), The Colmore Building (Revantage/Blackstone), 45 Church Street (Royal London Asset Management), 1 Colmore Square/The Digbeth Estate (Oval Real Estate) and 1 Colmore Row (APAM. Whilst a few of his occupier clients to whom he has provided acquisition and corporation solution advise include British Car Auctions, NTT DATA & St James Place.
Will is also an active member of The British Council for Offices being a member of the NextGen committee assisting in the organisation of regular seminars, tours and panel discussions for the organisations membership together with being on the BCO Midlands Judging panel for the annual awards.
