James Maskey joined Knight Frank in 2015 and has worked in the logistics & industrial sector his entire career since qualifying as a Chartered Surveyor in 2008. More recently James has been working with occupiers in the creative industries including the film and studio sector, artists and artist studios, artisanal food/drink manufacturers, tech and start-up companies advising them on their property searches and acquisitions. He has also been involved in the production of the Knight Frank Television and Film Studios Market Report.
James has experience in all aspects of industrial and distribution agency. From leasing of multi-let estates and big sheds, pre-letting of big sheds, leasehold acquisition work for retained occupier clients and land sales & acquisitions, including complicated contaminated sites. He also has extensive knowledge in development advice, having worked on a number of development projects.
